These evenings are truly magical moments. Where we have the SPACE and TIME, to slow down and reconnect to nature within us and around us.
Park yoga sessions are the perfect way to rest and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul after a long days work and connect back to nature.
This 60 minute class is open to all ages and levels of experience, alone or with friends all are welcome here.
We will take a moment to Tune out to Tune in through meditation and breath work. Gentle easing into our bodies, building foundations, developing strength and creating space to bring in new energy and feelings of vitality. Gently winding down, re-centring and taking in the beauty of nature around us.
Each week the class will be themed by one of natures elements - Earth, Water, Fire or Air - to help us to connect to the different energies that exist in nature both within and around us

IMPORTANT INFO:
Please bring:
- Your own Yoga mat.
- Water
- A warm layer
MEETING POINT: We will meet at The Pear Tree cafe in Battersea park and head to our Yoga spot at 7.20. If you are going to be late send me a text (+447936739486) and ill drop my location so you can find us (try to avoid this though as the park doesn't always get it exact and we will start the class at 7.30)
