This quick practice is the perfect energiser or reset to shift stagnant energy, and to draw in new vibrant energy.
In just 15 minutes we will go through 3 rounds of exercises focusing on the: Abs, Arms and Glutes. With spicy moments of cardio in between, and a combo set to round off the practice we will get the heart working whilst strengthening the body.
As I say ... I am NOT a cardio girl at my core, but this style of practice really suprised me, and the feeling afterwards is just so good.
