This is a short, effective full-body Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, stability, and heat in the body. In just 30 minutes, we move with purpose to activate the muscles and leave you feeling strong, energised, and empowered.

You can expect targeted work for the core, glutes, arms, and back body, combined with dynamic movements that mobilise the spine and hips. The pace is steady and intentional, creating a short but spicy practice that challenges endurance, coordination, and control while maintaining mindful, precise movement.

This is a high-intensity practice that supports functional strength, posture, and full-body connection - perfect when you want to move efficiently, feel the burn, and walk away feeling lighter, stronger, and more switched on.
