This class is grounding, juicy. Gently opening the body, building a little bit of strength and creating space. It is a great refresh to start the day or whenever you need to get things moving.
This is a full body practice but we will move through some particularly fluid movements to create space in the spine and hips, whilst creating strong foundations in the body.
You can expect twists, side bends and some solid grounding postures.
