Some days, when the mind is busy and there is a lot going on - what we really need is to cut out the fluff and make things more simple.
To release this need to rush and stop trying to do a million different things at once.
This practice encourages the mind, body and breath to slow down, and become a little more nourishing.
Movements are simple and smooth so that we can find a rhythm and just be here, in the movement for this moment in time.
This practice is great for beginners, or as a great daily practice to get the body moving and to help slow down the mind.
I hope you like it!
