Slow flow to Yin (50)

The luxurious practice is that much needed bit of you time.

Perfect for in the evenings before bed or any time you need to move any stiffness in the body and down regulate the nervous system (aka you need dulcet tones and calming vibes).

We will spend the first half of this practice gently opening the body to shift any stuck or stagnant energy - working into the hips, legs, spine and shoulders. We will then invite in longer holds in our more 'Yin' section of the practice. Here we begin to really slow things down, inviting this feeling of spaciousness and release.

So get into your comfies. Come to a mat or any soft surface. Props very welcome if you have a block and a bolster then great! If not then a pillow or 2 and maybe even a blanket to really give back to yourself.
