This Yoga flow is an encouragement to break away from the 'I can't do that', and our 'normal' way of doing things. As we move into summer it is time for us to begin to explore and flourish just as nature does!
So, let's explore how the body can move!
Building strength in the core, arms, shoulders and legs (full body), mobility, confidence and maybe even finding a bit of flight! Come join me on this fun little 30 minute flow.
We will play with inversions such as crow pose (Bakasana) and entries to Handstand. If these seem 'too hard for you' I challenge you to try this flow and maybe you will re think that. The outcome does not matter, this flow is all about giving things a go! Because who knows what you might be capable of!
